So last week was not ideal. I was sick for a couple of days, boo. And, it was our department outing for work, in which massive amounts of pizza, dip, and wine were consumed. I stayed the same, at least, but probably would have been down, if I wouldn't have had pizza party right there...I will say, however, it was deeeelish.
So, here's the rundown:
Sunday: nada
Monday: one hour strength, 30 minutes cardio
Tuesday: 30 minutes wii fit (balance and cardio)
Wednesday: nada (sick)
Thursday: nada (sick)
Friday: one hour strength, 30 minutes cardio
Saturday: nada
Starting: 144.5
as of 6/7/08: 141.5
percentage of weight loss for the week: 0
percentage of weight loss total: 2%
I got sick again last night, much more fiercely. I don't know when I will be able to work out, since I can barely stand up, but I am not consuming much, either, because my stomach is trying to secede from my body. I would be very happy if I were 140 on Saturday. Very, very happy. Of course, I would be even happier if I could get to the gym regularly this week.
